Dancehall artiste Jupitar has taken to social media to narrate how one of Ghana’s most popular artistes Shatta Wale was brutally manhandled by police officers during some curfew hours.
According to Jupitar, he and Shatta Wale were among some friends who were on their way to a joint in Accra called Tawala at an inappropriate time.
Jupitar narrated that they decided to take to their heals when the police tried to stop them but they were given a hot chase and unfortunately, they couldn’t make it away from the police.
He added that after they were arrested, Shatta Wale as usual wanted to act like a big boy and that ended him in tears.
He was given hot slaps after he asked the police officer whether he was aware about the fact that he is the dancehall artiste who sang the song “Ina de whole Ghana”.
“@shattawalegh you Kai the time police chase we on our way to Tawala?? Dem catch we weh wale say” ohh you no know me? Ibi me do dancehall king ina do woole Ghana… dere nooor taaaa !! Taaa !!!” Jupitar narrated.
